The Percentage Exercise.When taking courses, further education, etc.do the following exercise. When you have completed part of the lessons or assignments in the total course, say to yourself—“Okay self you are doing great. You are 15% done, 25% done, 50% done etc.”I do this all the time and find it encourages me and helps me complete many huge projects with a minimum amount of stress.
