Teach your children they are wonderful human beings. Help them increase their self-esteem and self-worth. If you don’t have children, seize life with the excitement and wonder of life as seen through the eyes of a child. Wake up and invite your inner child out to play and have fun. The world is your oyster. Go for it!

Do the Extended Toothbrush Exercise. Just after you have brushed your teeth, look in the mirror and say, Hey Self-- You are the greatest. Then forgive everyone and everything that has EVER hurt you and forgive yourself. Then say, I now love, respect and approve of myself just the way I am.
