Often those physical problems can be helped by simply embracing positive thoughts, attitudes, behaviors, healthy diets and lifestyles that lead to good health. To have and maintain a healthy relationship with yourself, do the following hint. You may also wish to take up yoga or stretching exercises.

Close your eyes and think of all the people and circumstances that you need to forgive. Make a list not leaving out any person or circumstance that Ever hurt you. Then one by one forgive them completely, release and let go.
