Make doing Affirmations fun and help children become involved in doing them. Print Short-Form Affirmations on small pieces of cardboard saying, I like school. I get good grades. I am honest. I am popular. My teacher likes me. I have many friends. I feel happy, I am smart. I am on time. I love myself. I am considerate and kind. I like learning and it is easy for me to learn, etc. Add happy faces, hearts, stars, and other stickers. Every morning have your child pick an Affirmation Card, read it and think about it. Or you could allow your Inner Child out to play and teach him or her the Affirmation Process.
