Hint
Keep on refusing to be a doormat! Stick a label marked Doormatitis on a cup, and then fill the cup with water and visualize all your negative feelings of living the role of doormat going into the water. Then empty the cup of water, imagining all those feelings going down the drain with the water. Repeat the whole process every day for a minimum of 21 days. You may wish to keep on repeating it daily until you feel that all feelings of unworthiness have left your being. It takes 21 days to make a habit. Please let me know what happens.
