Could it be time to release negativity from past thoughts, beliefs and ideas of you not being worthy? Forgive others for not thinking or acting as you think they should and allow others to be themselves. Allow you to be YOU! And don’t sweat the small stuff!

Imagine a huge blackboard in front of you. You pick up some chalk and write out all the reasons you think that you are not worthy or deserving. Read them over. Then take deep breath, releasing all these statements as you wipe off everything you have written on the blackboard. Enjoy your improved Parent/Child Relationship and your new found self-worth!
