Take a spray bottle and fill it with water. On a piece of masking tape, write the words Spiritual Disinfectant. Place the tape on a small spray bottle. Fill the bottle with water. Spray the air with the spray bottle saying, I now spray all negative thoughts and situations regarding (name of person or situation). You can do this exercise in your mind. This is a very powerful and effect exercise that disperses all and any negativity. Then ask for Divine Wisdom, Order and Love to fill that space.
